I feel like there's something more for me to experience outside the borders of the city. However I am grateful that I was raised here, because living in Winnipeg does present many opportunities. I am going to attend Red River College next year; that's a single bus ride for me. I am lucky to live in a place where I can easily access everything. I can experience the astounding amount of home-run businesses; I discovered after a quick visit to the USA that Winnipeg is full of little businesses that are home run, places you can't find in any other city. (like Blondies Burgers, holy shiznit that place has the BIGGEST and BEST TASTING burgers I've ever seen. Try the 9 POUND BURGER.) Winnipeg certainly has its own flavour that you can't experience anywhere else.
